  • I only work with gold and platinum for custom made pieces, and all items are cast in the USA and created or designed by me. This can range anywhere from $800 to $3500 depending on the design, weight, and gemstone of a completed piece.
For silver pieces you can purchase items in my "Off The Shelf" section
Gemstones are usually to be decided first and are sold separately but set and custom cut by me for your unique setting.

  • Cutting a precision-cut gemstone usually takes me about 5-10 hours depending on the material, the complexity of the design, and its size. Due to order queues, typically I ask for 2-4 weeks for gemstones to be cut. This keeps the quality and precision of work consistent!

  • I offer gold ranging from 5kt to 24kt, and all gold is recycled gold. My casters are based in the USA. Available colors are yellow, white (non rhodium plated), green and pink.

A full break down of my gold alloys is available to read about in my Articles section!

  • I cut a variety of materials from lab grown gemstones to natural gemstones. My most common lab grown material I cut is lab sapphire, lab spinel, and lab ruby and emerald. My most often used natural pieces are garnets, topaz, and Montana sapphires. In the Articles section you can read about different materials I frequently cut and their properties!

  • My 14kt white gold and up to 24kt white gold can be created with no nickel alloys! My yellow, pink and green golds are composed of gold, silver, copper and zinc, depending on gold karats. My 24 kt gold is 99.00% gold.

  • I do have a 10% restocking fee for any and all orders except for custom orders (in which I accept zero returns or refunds).

Any custom or Made to Order items are non refundable.

For other items, clients must also ship items back within 72 hours of delivery, for refunds to be accepted. Clients must pay for shipping, and the 10% restocking fee.

  • No - and this is due to the nature of custom work. Orders that are made for a client specifically are tailored to their taste, size, and color preference. Because we all have different tastes, there is no guarantee for me, as the artisan, to be able to re-sell a custom-tailored piece made specifically for a client. This is extremely common the gem-cutting and jewelry industry! Please make sure to read my contract for custom work.

  • I do ask for a fee from clients that are looking for rush orders. This is because I juggle several orders together and work by a first come first serve basis. By asking for a rush order, I am skipping other clients to serve the rush order, and ask such a fee must be collected to ensure projects come out on a timely schedule. Please make sure to speak with me personally before placing a rush order!

  • With natural gemstones, I provide no insurance if the gemstone is not set by me in jewelry. Due to the nature of setting work, another jeweler may not be trained to set certain stones correctly. Should a stone crack or break outside of my studio, I cannot be responsible. Should you want your stone set by me, you can contact me to set your stone for you, and I will insure your stone for setting work.

For custom work - I offer 6 months full insurance except loss/stolen. I encourage my clients to purchase jewelry insurance after this period so that I can repair or fix any issues with your item for life. I will never turn down a piece made by me!
